• What about your ingredients which are derived from palm oil?

  You might notice that a handful of our ingredients are made using palm oil. This is done by a very trusted supplier who is a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil and actively works to promote methods of sustainable palm oil production. It’s a serious issue and we refuse to work with anyone involved in forest conversion (destroying forest to build plantations) because we need the rainforest to stick around for our little ones, and their little ones, and their little ones…

• Are your products gluten free?

  Yes – all Good Bubble products are free from gluten.

• Are your products suitable for vegans?

  Yes – all Good Bubble products are free-from animal derivatives and we are proudly registered with The Vegan Society

• Why do you use superfruits?

  We’ve based our range on extraordinary fruits that we know have a high content of skin-loving nutrients. We also look at the story behind the fruit so we can open families up to new discoveries and create characters that we know your children will engage with. To add an extra splash of fun to bath time! 

• Are your products suitable for newborn babies?

  Yes – all Good Bubble products are suitable for newborns and upwards. However, we’d always recommend giving your newborn baby some time for their skin to adapt before using any skincare product. For the first 6-weeks, midwives recommend that all they really need is warm water while their skin gets used to the outside world. 

• Are your products suitable for adults?

  Yes – all of our bubbly (and non-bubbly) goods are specifically developed for young skin, which is typically more sensitive than adult skin as their skin layers are still developing. Due to the gentle nature of our products, many adults use our products because they don't want harsh chemicals on their skin or suffer from sensitivity. Suitable for both little and big people  

  For sensitive skin, always remember to patch test 24 hours before use.

• Are your products suitable for eczema?

  We have seen some amazing results from little ones with eczema who have used our products without any reaction. We underwent clinical trials and are super-proud that our Organic Coconut Oil, Fragrance Free Moisturiser, Prickly Pear Moisturiser and Cottonseed & Aloe Vera Baby Moisturiser have been paediatrician approved and are all suitable for those with eczema-prone. Our Fragrance Free Moisturiser is also approved by Allergy UK. We still always recommend a patch test on sensitive skin, 24 hours before use.  

• Where can I buy Good Bubble?

  We are available in many independent health stores, Ethical Superstore, Big Green Smile, Amazon, and many other online shops, including our very own! Shop online here.

• Are your products tested on animals?

  No - none of our products or their ingredients are tested on animals. We are proudly approved by Cruelty Free International and display the leaping bunny badge on our products to show our customers. 

• So what does 98% naturally derived actually mean?

  It means that each of our products contain at least 98% naturally derived ingredients. The other 2% is made up of things like our preservative blend, which makes sure the products don’t start misbehaving after opening, and our allergen-free fragrances for safe and scrummy smells. However, some of our products are actually more than 99% natural because they don’t need as much to keep them on the straight and narrow.

• Are your products 100% organic?

  Most Good Bubble products are not organic but contain over 98% naturally derived ingredients. Our aim is to be accessible to as many families as possible and we do this by giving our customers excellent value for money. To make a range that is 100% organic would have out-priced so many of the customers that we want to help. However, we do offer a 100% pure, virgin, organic coconut oil, which is the most premium grade of coconut oil you can buy and is an excellent all round moisturiser for babies, mum, dads, everyone!

• How do I place an order?

  Members of the general public can place an order by visiting our shop, add products to basket and follow instructions to checkout. If you are a trade customer, drop us a line at hello@goodbubble.co.uk or through our contact form. 

• Is your packaging recyclable?

  The Good Bubble bottles are all recyclable, so are the lids and the bottles. There are 3 little triangles on the back labels of our bottles, specify which material each component of our packaging is made from to help you recycle responsibly. Recently, we moved to 50% PCR (recycled plastic) across our entire bottled range and the bottle and pump of our new Baby range are 100% recyclable.
